This two-phase project renovated a portion of the first floor of Monroe Library at Loyola University to create a Career Development Center. The center counsels students on career prospects, reviews resumes and cover letters, and connects students with alumni mentors. Companies may utilize the interview rooms to speak with prospective candidates on campus.  These spaces may also be booked for virtual interviews. Central flex space can be used to enlarge reception or provide privacy for a one-on-one meeting. The CDC uses the space to host career fairs and recruiting events.
