This project increased the size of the clinic suite by expanding into an adjacent vacant clinic. Support spaces were consolidated, removing redundancy and freeing up precious space. One large, centralized waiting room was developed around which an efficient staff workflow and patient circulation was created. A new reception desk and coordinated nurse stations refreshed the look of the space while also improving functionality.

The project’s challenges included the requirement for the clinic to continuously operate during construction and the restriction of a very tight budget. By developing multiple scope options and carefully monitoring pricing, KKA was able to deliver the project on time and on budget despite these challenges.
