This project consisted of the renovation of existing public restrooms in a medical office building. Dated finishes were redesigned to create a clean, modern, welcoming environment for patients and visitors. Laminate millwork was replaced with solid surface, wall-mounted sinks that both improve the look of the space and are easier to maintain. The addition of wall sconces and recessed ceiling lights improve the look and quality of light in the sink area. Deeper color was used for the walls, while the tile, partitions, and fixtures are neutral colors. These choices allow for the restrooms to be easily refreshed in the future with a new paint color, without another renovation.
