This project included the relocation of the printmaking classrooms and support facilities at Loyola University. These spaces were moved to make space for the Nursing Simulation Lab, also designed by KKA.

KKA was able to reconfigure existing equipment and casework for the new spaces, creating updated classrooms without the need for new furniture or equipment. These new spaces streamline the functional aspects of printmaking while leaving ample opportunity for student expression and group interaction. The resulting “makerspace” encourages creativity and exploration of the printmaking media.
