A complete renovation of an existing three story building consisting of a new exterior envelope, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and alarm systems. The Project includes new Classrooms, Conference Rooms, Faculty Offices, a Student Work area, lounges for students and faculty, and a public “client” waiting area. The facility also integrates technology infrastructure compatible with the University system.

One of the objectives of this project was to remain compatible with the Broadway Campus physical environment. This was accomplished by the appropriate selection of materials and colors.

This project achieved LEED Silver certification.
