Colm Kennedy
Principal
True collaboration fosters great outcomes. Colm strives to form a strong partnership with each client by listening to users and presenting design strategy options. He has a constant commitment, with attention to detail, at every phase of a project under his responsibility.
Beginning his career with 12 years in Engineering, Colm had previously earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Certificate of Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Design and Innovation. This training developed his problem-solving skills, which are applied to every project.
Motivated by his love of architecture and design, Colm completed a Master of Architecture from Tulane University. While at Tulane, he won a research fellowship to the Netherlands meeting with architects and engineers on strategies for living with water.
Since graduating, he has worked in New Orleans on projects mainly in the medical, commercial and industrial area from design to construction.
In his spare time, Colm enjoys the outdoors with his wife and two sons, hiking and camping. He loves to spend time on the water kayaking in the bayous and on the waters around Grand Isle. He is a leader in the Boy Scouts.
